Singles matches to be played on Tuesday January 5th 2010. The venues can be seen on the SINGLES DRAW page. Bletchington secure a place in the KO semi's to play the Vikings, whilst Red Lion are through to play Royal Oak. Vikings battle to top of Section One. Only one point separate all Section Two sides. Keep up to date with your wins & averages on the "Stats" page. Mark Trafford captures the highest away score of 15390 at the Royal Oak. The Team KO Cup and singles draws are now completed and can be found by clicking the relevant menu tabs above. The games are under way now with the Red Lion Cassington in tremendous form heading section one. See the links to the left below for Results, Reports and League positions. The game schedule is now published on the Fixture page and I hope to add the results to this page as we progress through the season. The Eynsham & District season is due to start on Tuesday 27th October, we have basically the same six teams as last season with the ex Tandem now playing at Kennington Social Club, and the ex Nelson at the Cowley Workers Club. The Royal Oak are promoted to section one after their run away success of topping section two last season, and the Cowley Worker are now accommodated in section two. As I write this the fixture list is being prepared and soon will be circulated to your pubs and clubs, and as soon as I get notice of the fixtures I will publish them on the web Fixture page. Hoping that you all have an enjoyable season and remember, red on the spot and white on the D. This is the start of a new winter season 2009 - 2010 and also the start of a new web site dedicated to keeping you up to date with fixtures, results and general running of the Eynshan & District Bar Billiard Association. We have a new Secretary, Peter Soanes, who takes over the reigns from Dave Barnes who has kept the league going for more years now than I can remember. We all thank Dave for his endurance and tenacity and also wish Pete the best of luck in his new office.
